The RRCC Learning Commons & Tutoring department recognize that racial inequities not only exist in our society, but that they are detrimental to us all and must be eliminated. We embrace the antiracist philosophy that all racial groups are equal in all of their apparent differences, and we support antiracist policies and practices that produce and sustain racial equity.
