Why Choose RRCC?

Deciding where to start your college education is a big decision. Whether you are earning a degree, brushing up on career skills, or seeking life-long learning, you will enjoy an environment of inspiration and support. It is our goal to create an experience that will enrich your life educationally, professionally, and personally to help you succeed!

Program Overview

WQM is for those who want to make a positive impact on their world while developing valuable job-ready skills. We are housed in a state of the art facility, The Environmental Training Center (ETC), which boasts numerous hands-on learning laboratories. Here you will find staff dedicated to assist with career counseling, tutoring, and subject specific advising. Small class sizes and adjunct faculty with real-world experience contribute to student success.

We offer a variety of degrees including a Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, and several certificates. No matter your career choice; environmental work, water conservation, water treatment, wastewater treatment, or distribution systems, we've got you covered.

The Water Quality Management department is very well networked with the local Denver metro area utilities. Many of them send their open positions straight to us and we make them available to students.  Red Rocks Community College has resources available both on and off campus to assist students with their academic experience and prepare them to enter the workforce.
