The RRCC Theatre Arts & Dance Department does not operate in a bubble. Our favorite productions and collaborations happen with artists in our community and beyond.
A degree in Theatre Arts opens the door to entry-level professional theatre employment in performance and as entertainment industry technicians; performance and technical support in film and television production; costume design and construction; set construction; lighting and set design and implementation. It also assists in developing students for careers in interior design, fashion, and creative writing.

We produce between 6-8 main stage and studio shows a year and continually update audition opportunities. RRCC students and community members are welcome to audition.
Driving Directions to RRCC Theatre
Additional Directions to RRCC Theatre once on the Lakewood campus:
- Enter at the main entrance (the long sidewalk past the flag pole and tennis courts)
- Pass the elevators and turn left
- Continue down the long hallway (with cafeteria on the left and large glass windows on the right)
- Once you see the Student Life desk on your left (almost to the end of the hallway), take the stairs to your right down one flight (or the elevator)
- At the bottom of the stairway (or elevator), you will emerge right by the box office and entrance to the theater
