Welcome to the Group Fitness Program

The Group Fitness Program focuses on enhancing individual participant experiences by providing quality fitness and wellness opportunities through social engagement while encouraging physical and mental development, community and lifelong wellbeing.

Class Schedule

Group Fitness classes begin August 26th. Schedule is subject to change.

All group fitness classes are free for SRC members!

Mondays
12:00 – 1:00 pm: Flow Yoga
5:30 – 6:30 pm:  Zumba

Tuesdays
5:15 – 6:30 pm: Deep Stretch Yoga

Wednesdays
5:30 – 6:30 pm:  Zumba

Thursdays
4:00 - 5:00 pm: Kickboxing
5:15 – 6:15 pm: Bike and Build


Flow Yoga:

Flow from one posture to the next in this style of yoga class and link breath to movement. All levels and abilities are welcome!

Zumba:

Zumba is an easy-to-follow choreographed class put to current Latin beats where every class feels like a party. Zumba classes move between high and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. Come sweat, salsa,
and smile!

Kickboxing:

Whether you're new to kickboxing or have some experience, this class will help you develop the fundamental skills of kickboxing and progress at your own pace.

Deep Stretch Yoga:

This class will flow through poses slowly to allow muscles to relax, lengthen, and recover.

Bike and Build:

A combination of cardio, strength and conditioning. This class is a mix of indoor cycling paired with full-body movements off the bike.
