Welcome to the Group Fitness Program
The Group Fitness Program focuses on enhancing individual participant experiences by providing quality fitness and wellness opportunities through social engagement while encouraging physical and mental development, community and lifelong wellbeing.
Class Schedule
Group Fitness classes begin August 26th. Schedule is subject to change.
All group fitness classes are free for SRC members!
Mondays
12:00 – 1:00 pm: Flow Yoga
5:30 – 6:30 pm: Zumba
Tuesdays
5:15 – 6:30 pm: Deep Stretch Yoga
Wednesdays
5:30 – 6:30 pm: Zumba
Thursdays
4:00 - 5:00 pm: Kickboxing
5:15 – 6:15 pm: Bike and Build
Flow Yoga:
Flow from one posture to the next in this style of yoga class and link breath to movement. All levels and abilities are welcome!
Zumba:

Deep Stretch Yoga:
This class will flow through poses slowly to allow muscles to relax, lengthen, and recover.
