Mines Academy students are invited to take a tour of Colorado School of Mines’ experimental mine in Idaho Springs! Further information about Edgar Experimental Mine is found here. Students are responsible for their own transportation: we’ll meet at the mine at 11am to start the tour. Innovation Design Expo

Location: The Den (Lakewood Campus)

Introduction to Design and Engineering Applications (EGT 1110) is a class that's included in our core curriculum for Mines Academy. EGT 1110 presents an open-ended design challenge for engineering students, where students collaborate throughout the class to identify and solve a real-world problem. Students, staff, and guests are all welcome to join us in the Great Hall as students present their final projects on July 17! The Den is located just inside the Lower West Entrance on our Lakewood Campus, right by the bookstore.
