Children's  Center
Located on campus, The Children's Center provides a comprehensive childcare preschool program for children 18 months to 5 years of age. This service is provided for students, staff and the community. Contact The Children's Center at 303.914.6328 for details.

CSEAP
Colorado State Employee Assistance Program (CSEAP) offers free confidential and professional assistance to an employee and/or family members for short term personal or job-related problems. CSEAP can be reached at 1-800-821-8154.

Leave
Annual and Sick Leave accruals vary by classification. For information on benefits for all non-classified employees including eligible faculty and APT please review SP 3-60b. If you are a Classified employee please see Colorado DPA.

Unemployment compensation
Financial protection for employees terminated through no fault of their own. The benefit is determined by the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment.

Workers' compensation
Provides reimbursement for time, medical expenses, and rehabilitation associated with work-related injury or illness. Accidents must be reported immediately and a claim filed with the Pinnacol Assurance in a timely manner. Contact the Campus Police Department to file a claim.

Tuition Assistance
Tuition assistance is available for eligible employees. Please see SP 3-60a for more details. 

The Red Rocks Staff Book Fund supports the professional and educational development of RRCC employees who are eligible for Employee Tuition Assistance as determined by the college’s benefit policy. Qualifying employees may apply for grants up to $50 per fiscal year (July 1-June 30) to cover the cost of textbooks or materials for classes taken at Red Rocks Community College. Any class scheduled during work hours must be pre-approved by the employee’s supervisor and appropriate Dean/Vice President. Formstack application
