How to Print an Unofficial Transcript

Instructions for CURRENT RRCC Students

1. Visit the RRCC homepage (http://www.rrcc.edu/)
2. Select the “My Community Education” icon in the upper right hand corner.  
   
3. Select “Login.”
4. Enter your Student ID# (S00000000) in the “User ID” field.  Be sure that you use a capital S.
5. Enter your PIN number.  This was set by default to a 6 digit number for the MONTH, DAY and YEAR you were born in a MMDDYY format.  (For example, if your date of birth is June 1, 1993, your PIN is 060193.)  You may need to change your PIN number, follow the instructions on the screens.
6. Select “Student Menu.”
7. Select “Student Records Menu.”
8. Select “Unofficial Transcript.”
9. Select “Continue.”
10. Scroll down and review your transcript for accuracy.
11. To print your unofficial transcript, select “Print Unofficial Transcript.”

If you are not a current RRCC student, contact your most recent educational institution to request an UNOFFICIAL transcript.  There should be no charge to you for an unofficial transcript.
