About Red Rocks Community College Foundation
The Red Rocks Community College Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to providing opportunities, offering options, and recognizing excellence.
A lack of financial resources is the number one reason people are unable to attain a higher education. The Foundation was established in 1993 with the vision of removing that financial barrier and helping students of all income levels to have access to higher education. Now, more than 21 years later, generous supporters have provided $11,356,000 in donations allowing the Foundation to award more than 3.7 million dollars in scholarships and over 3.4 million dollars for other Red Rocks Community College programs. Red Rocks Community College Foundation has assisted nearly 2,700 students in meeting their educational and life goals.
In addition to its extensive scholarship program, the Foundation is engaged in several other program areas, including the Faculty Teaching Chairs, the Faculty Mini-Grants, Employee Book Fund, and supporting other college initiatives. The Foundation continues to meet its goals with help from generous supporters who believe in the transformative power of education.
